3DU5C – Silicon NPN Phototransistor

The 3DU5C is a metal‑encapsulated sil­i­con pho­to­tran­sis­tor that acts as a light‑sensing semi­con­duc­tor device. When light falls on it, the tran­sis­tor con­ducts cur­rent; when it’s dark, it stops con­duct­ing.
